Sweet-as-pie actress Reese Witherspoon apparently isn’t above throwing around her star power in the face of authority.

When Witherspoon’s husband, Jim Toth, was pulled over in April in Atlanta for suspected DUI, the actress was caught on film mouthing off to the responding officer. “Do you know my name?”
That's what Witherspoon wanted to know as police questioned her husband about his alcohol consumption. When Witherspoon refused to get back into the couple’s car, she was arrested for disorderly conduct. She pled no contest and has since publicly apologized for her less-than-gracious behavior.
