Andre Villas-Boas runs rule over Barcelona starlet

The Portuguese tactician flew out to Barcelona at the weekend to take in a Barca B game against Deportivo.

He is thought to be after another striker in the winter window, however he came to run the rule over 18-year-old midfielder Sergi Samper.

It is also believed that fellow midfielder Javier Espinosa, 21, and goalkeeper Jordi Masip , 24, are also on Villas-Boas' wishlist.
